Monitoring Department

Monitoring Directorate is in charge of issues pertaining to supervision and evaluation of on-going projects up to completion, including defect liability period as may be stated in the contract condition. The directorate is responsible for confirming all valued works (Advance payment and Interim payment due to the contractor). There after recommend for issuance of NO BBJECTION Certificates to warrant such payments as indicated in the valuations at a Sum submitted or Corrected.
